  3. That is awful! Hope you feel better soon. hopefully you can get your hands on some probiotics or probiotic yogurt (especially important if you are on antibiotics), some vitamin C, Echinacea and Goldenseal together. Also taking some garlic will be helpful, or just add more to your food.

    Much love.

  4. Thanks Marissa. I am definitely eating LOTS of garlic and fruits with vitamin C and will buy some probiotic yogurt. The doctor gave me medicine but I don't feel very good about it. Antibiotics and a puffer that I'm pretty sure is like lung steroids. At least, I feel steroid shaky after I take it. I also have some immune boost stuff from a natural health store at home that probably has echinacea and goldenseal. I'll give it a try. Thanks for the advice! Hope you are well!

  5. Antibiotics do such a number on our bodies, the probiotics are very important, and yes, that puffer does have steroids to help dialte your bronchi to allow the passage of air in and out. Sometimes though, these things can be a blessing, I would use it if I felt I was having a hard time breathing.
Abigael, takes Echinacea and Astragulus to boost her immune, we refuse to vaccinate ourselves for the H1N1, so we give her that and I take vitamin C and we are doing good here.

Get better, sending you some loving vibes, and the healing sound of a toddler's laugh. MUCH LOVE!
